Robert was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated from McArthur High School. He studied Human Resource Management at Ashford University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He currently is a Military and Veteran Recruiter for a Fortune 500 defense contractor. Robert is surrounded by his amazing wife, three children, and one adorable grandchild.
Military Career
SFC (Retired) McNab served our country in the Army for 23 years. He specialized in Air and Missile Defense. Robert was responsible for training and training management of a Battalion sized element. He also has experience in personnel, operations, and logistic systems. SFC McNab is recognized with numerous awards for course(s) honor graduate, exemplary achievement and meritorious service. He was stationed in Texas, Germany, South Korea, and has multiple deployments to the Middle East.
Robert began his career as a Military and Veteran Recruiter in 2022 and is currently assisting the company by establishing a Veteran Hiring Initiative as well as attending multiple hiring events Nationwide in search of veteran talent to fill the company’s vacancies both CONUS and OCONUS. He also partners with numerous Military installations, veteran service organizations, and local communities to promote the company’s Veteran Hiring Initiative.
